How do I change my plan?

To change your plan, have your Admin or Billing Admin visit Settings -> Billing & Plan or the following URL: https://app.pin.com/settings/account/subscription

From there your Admin can switch between our Professional Plan and Business Plan. Downgrades happen at the end of your billing cycle while Upgrades are handled immediately with your prior plan being prorated.
